The house is located on a specific plot in the city center with public stairs on one side, and a forest on the other. The footprint of the building follows the form of the plot, opening up towards the nature and drawing it in, while clossing off in relation to the stairs. The sloping terrain made it possible to raise the house on a plynth where the  garage and service areas are conveniently located. The living rooms and dormitories are located in a two-storey volume that rises from the base. Bulkiness of that volume is reduced by corner 'cut outs' that are defined by changes in color and texture. Dark areas of the ventilated façade feature grouped openings that blend in with the color and the grid, while white surfaces have only two necessary openings in the ground floor. Triangular form of the plot also defines changes in the ground plan, with the staircase as the central spatial element.
