The site is located in the residential part of Zagreb across the Jelenovac Park, its front and side facing the park PantovĨak. The building is vertically divided into three floors with each one containing a single apartment. All apartments are oriented towards the street via the living area. The basic composition of the facade is made up of long glass strokes in cinemascope format that pull in the nature making it part of the interior. That image changes depending on the season and can be very romantic at Christmas time. Organizational flexibility is manifested in the following: two out of the three large apartments can be divided into smaller segments so the house can have up to three large and two small living units. Small flats are located in the gray volume while the large ones are in the black. The building typology is a transitional form between a multi and single family house - all apartments except the penthouse have direct contact with the terrain via the garden terraces.
