The context of the building is the foundation of its design: located in a residential zone,with a sacral building opening up on the north side and an irregular site shape. The building is made up of two volumes connected by a joint. The first volume follows the street line, while the courtyard wing is parallel to the northern boundary of the building plot. The joint between the houses formulates the transitions between the insides of three apartments. The two houses oppose each other: one - corrugated, gray, contextual, facing the town and the other smooth, white, modernist, facing the nature. It is worth mentioning yet another specialty: the introduction of light wells, which allows the ventilation and illumination of all rooms.
